Simple Email Spam Filtering Solution We provide a unique service that allows your company to receive email securely through high-speed mail servers that provide effective spam filtering and virus protection. Our mail servers filter unwanted or threatening email before routing them to your local mail server. This ensures your network bandwidth, CPU and disk space usage is kept at a workable level. Furthermore, email users will spend less time sorting out junk mail. Email Archiving and Monitoring Axiss can also provide archiving and monitoring of emails securely through a web browser using SSL. Emails can be archived on read-only media and delivered to your company to meet corporate policies or regulatory requirements. The archives can contain search capability for browsing email history. Alternatively, we can provide web access to your archived email through SSL. Document Archiving Axiss can also provide archiving of documents much the same way as emails. Your documents can be indexed and stored on secure media as backup. You can search documents securely through a web browser using SSL. Secure Document Delivery Do you often have to deliver sensitive documents by email? Did you ever wonder if the email you sent our was received securely by the recipients without it being intercepted or monitored? We have several solutions to allow you to deliver documents securely. For example, each time you send out an email that has a certain characteristic or contains a particular attachment type, the contents of the email (body and attachments) can be automatically encrypted, store on a secure server and then routed to the recipients. When recipients receive the email, they will see a note indicating that the contents of the email have been encrypted and they will see a link that they can click to retrieve the email content securely through their web browser via SSL. When a recipient views the secure content through the link, you can be automatically notified by an email message so that you can confirm receipt. Axiss SMTP Gateway We also provide our own Spam filtering product which can be purchased and installed on any platform. The Axiss SMTP gateway provides fast, reliable email routing and spam control. It is a server-side solution ideal for any size enterprise including ISPs. Incoming email is analyzed at initial connection time which means spam mail or mail that can be threatening to your network never enters the email system. This reduces bandwidth usage, disk space usage and time required by email users to sort through junk mail. The software uses the latest filter technology to determine spam email. It uses a rule-based system against emails. Rules can be applied at the server level, the domain level, or to an individual mailbox. The system requires a paid subscription that allows updating of rules and rule lists. Rules such as black-listing, white-listing, and grey-listing of hosts require continuous updates which are included in the subscription. Each night, the SMTP gateway connects with an Axiss Online secure host to download the latest rule lists. Each SMTP gateway is capable of handing multiple domains each having thousands of users. The SMTP gateway can be scaled over multiple machines to provide further speed and power. It also provides flexible routing of email for domains and individual addresses. Copies of emails can be routed for archiving and monitoring of emails. As a service, Axiss Online provides customization to the software to handle any routing feature you require.
